    · To reserve a lot: A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve lot.

    · No Deposits will be refunded after September 1st if canceled after date.

    A nice 55 plus mobile, trailer park, indoor pool, many amenities billiards, shuffleboard, horseshoe, several card games, musical jams, enough to keep you as busy as you want.
